Hydro-Logic, Inc. offers a comprehensive on-site inspection program for boilers, chillers, heat exchangers, and piping systems. In addition to a visual inspection of the watersides of boilers and chillers we offer computer-assisted inspection services that utilize sophisticated video imaging and fiber optic technology to provide unparalleled detailed views of condenser and boiler tubes.

We currently own and use an Everest VIT XLPro videoprobe, with a fully articulating center or side view tip attached to 20 feet of 8 mm fiber optic cable. Images are viewed directly with he high resolution, hand held, color LCD monitor and downloaded to a built in image capture device. The on-board computer system allows for file management and image manipulation. This equipment is used for inspecting chillers, process heat exchangers, steam turbines, and other types of equipment that are often difficult to access. This state-of-the-art equipment enables us to immediately transmit inspection results to any location in the world.
